Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 30 days since your delivery date, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you receive an order with a defect, damage, wrong item, or quality issue, please contact us or email us at Email: [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide proof of the received item, and we will respond to your inquiry within 12 hours Monday through Friday.

Your happiness is important to us, and we will do everything we can to make it right. If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement item free of charge.

Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refund time

We offer full refunds for the cost of your order, including the transaction fee and shipping fee. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
